Lithium batteries have higher energy density than lead-acid batteries, enabling them to hold more storage capacity in a smaller space. If you want to use lead-acid batteries to power the same system, you must install 8 lead-acid batteries. However, lithium batteries weigh only half as much as lead-acid batteries, making them easier to install in a more compact space.
Long cycle life
Has high specific energy and long cycle life under low voltage. At 4.20V/battery, they can provide 300-500 cycles. But if they are overcharged, they will lose capacity and life. This can happen if the battery voltage is too high or exposed to high temperatures. In addition, they do not require regular ventilation or cooling, which means they can be safely stored anywhere.
Low energy loss
The low energy loss of wall mounted lithium battery is achieved by increasing the battery temperature. The increase of temperature reduces the amount of lithium ions diffused into the lithium oxide lattice, which will lead to lower capacity loss. The study shows that the capacity loss of the electrode at 45 ℃ can be reduced by 8.4 mAh/g, and the coulomb efficiency is 96.4%.
Lithium batteries experience energy loss during charging and discharging. The smaller these losses, the higher the efficiency of the battery. The average loss is between 10% and 3%.
Durability
The life of lithium battery depends on its use mode and charging and discharging frequency. Under normal operating environment, lithium battery will have 60% capacity in 10 years. Safety precautions for Battery

Strictly observe the discharge conditions: Avoid large discharges (until the device is switched off).
Check the charge of stored batteries, little or not used: For long storage periods (several weeks to a few months), it is preferable not to fully charge the battery but to leave it half charged and to do partial recharges every month to reactivate the electrolyte and the electrodes and compensate for self-discharge equivalent to 5 to 10% per month.
As a precaution, replace your batteries every 5 years: Even if their charge capacity still seems sufficient. The components inside the batteries deteriorate over time, even for batteries used infrequently.
Prevent batteriers from overheating: Store the batteries in a dark container and away from light, sunlight or any heat source. The recommended storage temperature is between 16 and 22°C. A ventilated place prevents any buildup of dangerous and flammable toxic gases.
